Payment and prices

All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any fees for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Klarna Checkout
Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you can easily identify yourself and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. A feature of Klarna Checkout is that we differentiate between purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay. Either with a Klarna invoice or a Klarna account - or with a card or bank transfer. Everything is just as safe.

Deliveries and returns

We offer the following delivery methods:

  • Postnord

Free freight on all products from lefleur.se, delivery within 3-5 days to your mailbox. Terms of delivery are also stated at checkout under each delivery method. If nothing is stated, 3-5 days delivery time applies. If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated next to each item. If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be times that make it impossible to complete the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder is unable to fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays and lost packages.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package with a return label, not against cash on delivery. In case of exchanges, the customer pays the new shipping from us to you. If you want to create a return on your order, mail us at contact@lefleur.se.

14 days open purchase

We follow the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without stating any reason. You regret your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or most of it). The article must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in original box.

If you as a customer have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the item being returned being less valuable, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's depreciation on the amount to be refundable. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, which have been tailor-made for you or have a clear personal touch to your wishes.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item within 3-5 working days from the day we received the item. You must pay the return costs yourself when you return the item.
